We're sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for any pricing errors on our
website. We try very hard to keep our pricing accurate but on rare occasions
we goof. As much as we would like to sell $1800 cameras for $180 or $85
accessories for $8.50 if we did that we would be history very quickly. You
get the picture. If you notice an error please call it to our attention.

Ordering Information
Our website is updated on a frequent basis, however, if a particular item you
are inquiring about is not available or currently out of stock you will be
notified promptly. Your credit card is only charged prior to shipment. We
will gladly confirm shipment via email if requested.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, wire transfers, bank checks and
money orders. Personal checks must clear before shipment. We do not ship
COD.
DEPOSIT
We
will gladly hold any item for a good will deposit. If, after 20 days full
payment is not received, you will receive a credit toward another purchase.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. We ship international orders via FEDEX.
Parcel Post shipments can be arranged for a $10 surcharge but note there are
insurance limitations on parcel post shipments.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
We welcome orders worldwide however the only acceptable method of payment for
orders outside the United States is by wire transfer to our bank. We do not
accept credit card orders for international shipments. Note that because of
logistics our normal warranty does not apply to these orders. We would be
pleased to describe in detail, via email, the item you are considering
purchasing. Please note that goods returned for credit will incur our usual
restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping Charges for
Expedited Orders
- Add $9 for Two-Day Air UPS and $19 for Next Day Air UPS. Bulky or especially heavy items are extra. FEDEX, weekend and early AM delivery is additional.
- Connecticut residents please add 6% sales tax.
Our grading system is a carryover from our 20 years
of Shutterbug magazine advertising.
- MINT , LIKE NEW, AS NEW. They all mean the same thing. As pristine as an item could be without being identified as NEW.
- MINT- or NEAR MINT. Very superior condition with only the very slightest hint of use.
- EXC++ Again, very fine condition but minor suggestions of careful use.
- EXC+ The item shows normal wear. Certainly not abused or dinged.
- EX - Item reveal a moderate degree of use. While it will perform as well as some higher priced, cosmetically finer pieces, an EX item is definitely not for those who like pretty looking equipment.
- VG - All things are relative and our notion about VG (very good) is not very good. Cosmetic condition reveals heavy use. While operationally the item is fine, purchase of a VG item should be governed primarily by a limited budget.
THE FINE PRINT
All used items are sold with a minimum 90 day warranty and a 15 day money back guarantee. A restocking fee of 3% is charged for the return of a used item. If your purchase requires servicing during the
warranty period return it to us prepaid and we'll get it back to you as quickly as we can. The restocking charge on the return of a New item is
15%. Since we sell New items only once, you are urged to consider the restocking fee before ordering a new item. Goods must be
returned in their original condition with original packing material and blank warranty cards. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We've been trading fine equipment for a very long time and while we want to make everyone happy we know it ain't always possible! If you are reticent
